Job Description
The main function is to provide support to the marketing and sales effort with focus on lead generation, qualification, booking appointments and follow up.
Fonctions
- Develop and qualify business leads
- Book sales appointments
- Maintain a database of clients and contacts
- Document communication with clients, establish and enforce a follow up system
- Coordinate activities related to multiple presentations (itineraries, agenda, tools)
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other marketing materials
Qualifications :
- 2 – 3 years marketing experience preferably in an industrial area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social networking platforms
